On my way to becoming a professional cartoonist, I spent a number of years bartending in new york. Making a great cocktail is a skill I love to have, and love to teach. In these classes we not only make and drink cocktails, we also touch on the history of these drinks and you’ll learn underlying principles that will help you experiment later on your own.
Doodling for Ideation
Drawing can unlock your imagination and your problem solving skills even if you’re only using stick figures. For many of us, it’s also a great way to listen and to think. In this practical class you’ll learn tips for how the same ideation process that gets a Cartoon into the New yorker can bring more creativity and insight into your own work.
